The quality standards of Wisdometal's batch production can reach: For single planes or flat parts, +/- 0.03mm on edge to edge, edge to hole, and hole to hole features; +/- 0.010mm on bend to edge/hole features. For multi-planed bent parts, +/- 0.030mm for hole to hole/edge, edge to edge, and over-formed parts; +/- 0.2 degree for bend angles.+/- 0.2mm flatness in a max length of 2000mm.
